To modify a user's privileges in OnTrack, follow these steps:
Access the User Accounts Module from the navigation menu.
Utilize the filter to locate the specific user you want to modify. Click on them to open a sidebar with the user's details.
At the bottom of the sidebar, you will find a button labeled "Set Privileges."
Choose the permissions you want to control for the user by selecting the appropriate options.
After selecting the desired privileges, click "Save" to apply the changes.
By following these steps, you can modify a user's privileges in OnTrack, allowing you to control their access and permissions within the system.
It's important to note that if the user is currently logged in, their previous permissions will still be active until their next session.
Once the permissions are set, the navigation menu will be updated accordingly for that user, granting them access only to the selected modules. By default, the first module the user has access to will be loaded when they log in.
