Programs serve as the fundamental content areas of your organization's programming and can be reused across different Schedules.

They play a significant role in defining the curriculum your organization offers and are designed to be long-lasting, holding essential metadata.
Navigate to the Templates tab in the Programs Module to view existing program templates or add a new one.
To add a new template, simple click "New Template" in the top right corner of the programs list. In New Template window, enter the various fields relevant to the program you are creating. Scroll to access restrictions, instructors and contracts.
Once complete, select "Save" to add the new program, now usable on a schedule.
To edit an existing template, simply click on the program from the list. You can use the filter in the top left to narrow down your options.
