Online registration encompasses two main elements: the registration form for new Parents and Participants, as well as the Parent Portal designed to manage currently registered Parents and Participants. The access link remains the same. If the phone number doesn't correspond to an existing Parent, the Parent Portal prompts registration. Conversely, if the number matches an existing Parent, they are directed to access the Parent Portal.
Upon completion of registration by new Parents, they gain access to the Parent Portal, enabling utilization of all its features and functions.
Both these components offer customizable features to suit your organization's specific data requirements, streamline communication of essential details, and harmonize with internal workflows.
Note that new Parent registration includes the ability to purchase memberships for your Participants and enroll them into programs. Those features are coming for existing Parents soon!
Parents can toggle between English, Chinese and Spanish in the top right corner.

There are two options once you land: Login and Register. The first to display is login. Parents will be prompted to enter their mobile phone number. Immediately, OnTrack will check your database to see if the number already exists on a Parent profile.
If it does, they'll be immediately sent a one-time pin.
They can enter the pin and select 'LOGIN' to be dropped into the Parent Portal Dashboard.
The Portal is broke into four categories: Participants, You, Contacts and Payments. Scroll to view them all.
To return to the dashboard from any of the sections, select your logo and organization name from the top.
Select a Participant's tile to view or edit their details.
Parents can update their Participant's details and select 'Save.'
Parents can manage their own information by clicking themselves underneath the 'You' section.
When they're done, they'll select 'Save.'

From the dashboard, Parents will see a high-level view of their Balance Due.
By selecting 'Make Payment', they'll be taken to the detail view, where they can manage their billing information and make a payment against their balance.
If a Parent is accessing the Parent Portal for the first time and OnTrack cannot find their mobile phone number, they'll be prompted to register.
Scroll down to see the initial registration form. Pretty self-explanatory, Parents will enter the fundamentals and select 'SIGN UP.'
They'll then walk through the registration form. Various aspects are editable and you can customize it with your own unique questions.
