Upon logging in to OnTrack, you will be directed to your primary dashboard. Initially, you may not see any dashboards displayed. We will delve into dashboards further when we discuss reporting. It's important to note that dashboards can be customized based on each user account, providing relevant insights tailored to your specific role or position.


In the top right corner of the screen, you'll notice three bolded lines. Clicking on this icon will open the navigation menu, where you can explore the different modules available in OnTrack. Each module is dedicated to a particular aspect of the system's functionality. For instance, the Locations Module is where you can find all the venue and location-related features and functionality. This modular structure ensures that related features are grouped together, making it convenient for users to navigate and manage specific areas of interest within the system.

As you navigate to different modules within OnTrack, the navigation sidebar will automatically close to optimize screen visibility and provide a clutter-free interface. However, you can access the sidebar again at any time by clicking on the menu button located at the top left corner.
