User-friendly and accessible online portal for parents to register participants
The parent portal was thoughtfully designed to be simple to use, secure and accessible.
A parent can simply login or create a new account to register one or more participants, purchase memberships, enroll participants, make payments and much more.
Sharing The Unique Portal URL
In the registration settings, there is a url that you can click to visit, or copy to share. It is unique to your organization.
It's important to include the 'org' parameter when sharing this URL. Upon first visit, this URL parameter will be removed.

Take It For A Spin
To get started, you can simply head over to your unique portal URL and attempt to login with your personal cell phone number. If your phone number is not found, it will simply tell you that you need to create an account.

The sms one-time-pin code system has been updated to be more secure and provide better deliverability rates.

Testing is great! But remember we are in a live database. So be sure to clean up your testing records when you're done!
Once you're logged in, you'll be taken through the customizable registration form. While you're walking through this, it may be helpful to start designing your registration form - as you'll be able to see your changes in real time as you walk through registration.
Now that you're logged in with your alternate User Account (just for parents) the app determines where you left off last. If you already have a complete constituent profile, you'll be brought to the dashboard. In any other case, you'll be brought to the last visited page in the registration form.
